Shipping & Delivery



Orders are shipped to the United States and most international destinations pending payment and address confirmation. Destinations with restrictions in effect will not be able to complete the checkout process. International shipments are limited to a maximum weight of about four pounds. Due to shipping restrictions, we cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses. Order processing may be delayed due to payment, billing or shipping verification.

Orders are processed during normal business hours with limited processing on weekends and national holidays.

The Gifts Authority uses the following shipping methods:

Ground (Standard Shipping Method) - Takes 4-7 Business days
USPS - Takes 4-7 Business days
International - Takes 6-12 Business days

Products purchased or received under these terms and conditions are subject to the export laws and regulations of the United States of America.

Privacy & Security

The Gifts Authority does not sell nor share personal information collected during checkout. Information obtained is used for the purposes of order fulfillment and future promotional programs. When visiting website, our server will automatically log your internet protocol address (IP address) or domain name.

For future enhancement of our website, we may track the way our visitors and customers are using the site. Personal information, such as name and e-mail address, are not included in this analysis.

Unless provided, we do not collect or know the name or e-mail address of visitors. We do not follow the browsing path of visitors beyond giftsauthority.com.

Customer may return merchandise within 30 calendar days of receipt for a refund. An RMA number is required on the packaging of all returned goods.

A 20% restocking fee will be applied. Shipping charge is not refundable and customer is responsible for cost of return shipment and insurance.

Original packaging materials including manuals and all parts are required for a refund. A refund will be issued after receiving the returned merchandise with a proper RMA #.

To obtain an RMA#:    Email us from the website's Contact Us  link , reply to the order confirmation email or you may use the Orders and Returns link on website. Be sure to include your name, address, order ID and invoice number of the product being returned. You may also include the reason for the return.

Ordering

Orders are accepted on website at any time. A secure connection using SSL is activated during the entire checkout process. It is recommended to avoid using the browser back button during checkout. It is more secure to click on the link desired.

Order status may be obtained by contacting us. Order status is also provided by email whenever the status changes during normal processing.

Backorders

"Out of Stock" items will take longer to arrive. The Gifts Authority has no control over manufacturer shipments or shipment delays.  Orders with delivery dates longer than 2 weeks will be canceled and a refund issued if payment was processed.

Order Cancellations

Due to the nature of this system, credit card charges can be processed almost immediately after notification that your order is in stock and ready to ship. As a result, cancellation may not be possible. 

You may cancel an order that has not been processed and sent to our warehouse for shipment by contacting us.

Changing Orders

You may request a change to your order by email if your order has not yet been processed

Orders can be viewed after logging into the account area.

Pricing on The Gifts Authority is subject to change without notice to remain competitive. Pricing is never adjusted after an order has been placed and already accepted.

The Gifts Authority reserves the right to accept or reject your order for any reason at any time after receipt of your order. The Gifts Authority  reserves the right to limit the quantity you ordered of any item without prior notice to you any time after receipt of your order.

Typographical errors

Images may not always depict the product exactly. The Gifts Authority reserves the right to halt an order in the event of a typographical error in a product description or price. You will be informed of such events. If credit has already been processed and your order is canceled, The Gifts Authority will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
